The longer version.
I'm Neil, based in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Most recently I spent six months running operations at Catalyze Growth Partners — a digital marketing agency serving registered investment advisors — through April 2026. The work I'm drawn to is the unglamorous middle of growth: not the strategy slides, not the creative reels, the part where ad spend has to actually turn into a booked meeting in someone's calendar and a contact record in a CRM that doesn't lie.
What I tend to be useful for: building the AI agents, qualifying funnels, and automation pipelines that close the loop between marketing and revenue. At Catalyze I shipped 20+ production n8n workflows, built an internal Claude Code command system that ran the agency end-to-end across 10+ client accounts, and configured GoHighLevel sub-accounts for clients across financial services and SaaS. Before that I freelanced GHL and automation work for a year, ran paid social and web for Stout Capital LLC, and got my start in the agency trenches at Bravo Team LLC building websites and running paid media.
Background in IT from STI Tagum College in the Philippines. Outside of work I'm probably binge-watching automation tutorials, catching up on the latest Alex Hormozi video, or three browser tabs deep on whatever just got released in the AI/tooling world. When I'm not at a screen I'm on a tennis court somewhere, or three chapters into whatever book is on the desk.
